I didn't think i was either, i just have trust the inkling and learn how to find the right person. i need to learn to shield myself too. or atleast get into the habit of it. Although i quite like knowing that someone needs a hug or whatever, it's not really fair and i'm not quick enough to notice the negative emotions coming. After reading some descriptions of empaths,i was rather shocked to find they described me almost exactly.
